Uptown Veterinary Associates

The VET was amazing! She was informative and I really felt like she cared about my Jasper. My sister gave the dog to my mother and my mother said she couldn’t walk the dog due to her knees. This clinic is super clean and the vet it so caring . On the other hand I was the pain in the you know what because I was misinformed by Banfield corporate and I gave the staff a bit of a hard time.The office staff is nice so just make sure you ask questions before making your appointment. Overall very happy and I can’t wait to bring Jasper back in a few weeks!

This is a Banfield hospital converted from a private vets office. Girls in the front are ratchet. Vet was nice but didn't explain much. I took my cat to get annual vaccinations and rabies shot and it cost about $200 because the office visit fee is $89 automatically. Just for them to say they couldn't cut my cat's nails.

Uptown Vetenary is now Banfield Hospital. Staff and doctor are Courteous! Professional, my cat was returned alive a d unscathed so I am happy. They offered a payment plan which is affordable. I'm ecstatic!ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01

This is a new location for my pet, but he experienced the same excellent care at this facility as he did at our old location in SC. I am so happy to have a location walking distance from our home! Great team!!

Good luck getting an appointment. They don't seem like they care about maintaining patient relationships. They just keep taking appointments and appointments to the point that you will need to wait two months to schedule a visit. Even then scheduling is ridiculously difficult.
