Riverside Animal Hospital North

Our dog has been cared for exclusively at Riverside for more than a decade now. She is 12 & growing old. The care we have all received at Riverside these years has been, without exception, expert medicine for our dog combined with incredible wisdom and kindness from all of the staff!nWe are now because of the pandemic living 100 miles outside of the City. Because our dog is an anxious breed—since she is 10 we now have to give her some prescribed tranquilizer when she visits the Vet so she doesn’t shoot up a fever during the visit—we are fortunate with our dog’s health and still are able to continue her Vet care at Riverside. Traveling the 200 mile round trip for the visit is worth every mile because of the extraordinary care we receive and relationship we have after all these years at Riverside Animal Hospital.

The staff are amazing they treat everyone including the pet and the owners great. All pets really love it here. Before coming to riverside I tried a few other vets no other vet comes close. Great service, reliable, great value and overall just a wonderful place where I will be taking my pet for years to come.

Dr. Stevenson is kind and gentle with my cat and is also a very thorough and detailed veterinarian, she is caring and always responds if you email or call to ask her questions! I also appreciate the terrific staff, they are always cheerful and pleasant when they are talking to me on the phone or coming out to talk in front of the hospital. It is obvious that they love animals and they care about their well-being and comfort when you bring them for their check ups. Riverside Animal Hospital is a little gem tucked into the upper west side!
