66 St-Lincoln Center

Conveniently serves Lincoln Center, with a walk path that leads directly to the David Geffen Hall and the main plaza. There is also an entrance/exit outside the Alice Tully Hall and Juilliard School. No restroom as usual, but there's several at Lincoln Center. My other gripe is that for a major and popular stop such as this one, it is only served by a local train (1 train on the red line). If you're coming from someplace far and need an express train to get here, you can take the 2 or 3 train to the 72nd Street station (one stop away) and then walk 10 minutes.

When I go to NYC, I love to visit Lincoln Center. It is a must, and the best way to go there is via the subway.

66 Street - Lincoln Centre is situated in the Upper West Side. It is served by the 1 train at all times, the 2 during nights and disruptions, and the 3 during disruptions. Lincoln Centre is a very nice station it has a grand older feeling that I love!, however when 2 or 3 trains bypass the station it sounds like a bee hive or a tube train. I also love Lincoln Centre because it is conveniently located near Lincoln Centre! So Lincoln Centre has the green light.

Subway station in great repair, complete with glazed tiles and elevator for the handicapped. Digital signs shows the times of arrival and departure, and AUDIBLE public address systems make announcements to the passengers. There is a token booth clerk. A small shop sells snacks and drinks. No bathroom, though free wi-fi (if you trust New York City not to hack your device, given this city’s track record on privacy intrusions). The train service is fair good, in contrast to many other stations of the subway.
