Long line to get in. They should really think about online ordering and delivery

Great store, a little more crowded than other locations

Love this Trader Joe’s! It is our go-to shopping spot in the upper west side. By far the best prices that I have seen in the city and recently remodeled to allow more customers. Big heads up on the line though. Typically there is a 20-30 minute wait to get in. On off hours maybe a 10 minute wait. Generally, has most things in stock I would say occasionally they run out of garlic and shallots oddly enough.

Trader Joe’s is a wonderful concept that is not executing their vision well. Good products? Yes. But they have hurt, misused, and abused their employees. They are not addressing covid in their workers - providing enough paid leave, acknowledging them as essential workers via compensation, keeping them safe, etc. I have seen customers in the stores without masks. I even saw a customer smoking a cigarette in their restroom. The management is not only hurting their workers but their customers. Nobody, no business, no matter how well-intentioned, should be above the health and compensation of their workers and customers. Do better, Trader Joe’s of New York.
