I recently ordered flowers for a very special friend’s 90th birthday. When the original roses I ordered were not available, Lili contacted me and discussed options. Ultimately, she put together a gorgeous bouquet including exquisite orchids for no additional charge. It was very generous, and the stunning flowers helped to make my friend’s birthday very special despite the fact that her family could not visit her because of COVID. Lili really understood the importance of the occasion and came through with a beautiful bouquet.

I desperately searched for a professional flower delivery service in the past week and was told by vendors there was a flower shortage. I got Lili last night just before closing hours. I had seen her website over the weekend and knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. She was pleasant, kind, and courteous over the phone. She took down all the details and I also told her which 2 arrangements I wanted delivered. She worked with me and was able to create 2 stunning flower arrangements for a sympathy occasion. Lili even went as far as sending me the pictures before the delivery was made. I would absolutely rely again on Lili and recommend her services.

This review is long overdue. I called Lili at 3 PM, on Valentine's Day, no less and and Lili provided me with the most courteous, professional, personal, and knowledgeable service. When other shops laughed in my face when I asked if I could receive same day delivery, Lili politely obliged. Within 1 hour my recipient called to tell me she just received THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS she'd ever seen. Did I mention it was Valentine's Day?! That's service . And with a smile. And the best product to back it up. Thanks Lili . I'm a customer for life.
