Broderick's Flowers

I came here to buy flower arrangements two times and the quality is good. I think this place is good and they are friendly people. Difficult to find parking on the street so parking will be somewhere and then walk to here. One of my friend got a beautiful bouquet here. So lovely.

I ordered a large fruit basket for same day delivery and suggested a few specific fruits and candy, which were all there, plus many others. The basket was heavy-duty, and the arrangement looked wonderful. A mango was added, which I actually forgot to request.nThis was perfect, since the recipients love that fruit. The delivery was faster than imagined.

I am so pleased with my experience with Broderick's Flowers. I live in Chicago and wanted to send flowers for a funeral. I ordered them late, Sunday evening (central time), received immediate confirmation of the order, received another confirmation the next morning, and the a third confirmation of delivery by 11am eastern time. The process was stress-free and efficient. I received photos of the arrangement and they were lovely! If I were ever ordering flowers in the area again, I would most definitely use Broderick's! We have dealt with John for floral arrangements on many occasions. We has a special request for my Dad's funeral during this difficult time with uncertainty at churches, funeral homes and even cemeteries. As usual I only had to make 1 call to John and everything was taken care of beyond what we hoped for. He has a true talent and passion for what he does and genuinely cares about his customers. In today's world where you are lucky to get anybody on the phone, never mind customer service, it is refreshing to know that there are still people like John and his staff at Brodericks out there WANTING to take care of you.
