I have been a client for years.nYesterday I called for an appointment for our dog who was not looking/feeling good.nI was asked to contact two other hospitals since they were overbooked.nBased on the love that we have for our furry kids and the service level expectation, I found the professional behavior puzzling; unacceptable adding on top when the attitude of the receptionist.nIt won’t happen again

The docs are very thorough and kind and they welcome your questions. The office staff are efficient, helpful and personable. And last but not least, the vet techs rock! I highly recommend them. Usually less than 5-10 min. wait time.
