From Dr. Hill to everyone we interacted with over the phone and in person, I was impressed with the professionalism, kindness, thoroughness and ability to work with a dog we recently rescued who can be difficult to handle. They contacted our previous vets for records and were timely in responding to our questions. Thank you so much from our family to yours. We are happy to be returning with our other dog in a few weeks. Highly recommend!
I called them trying to get in for an emergency. The gal on the phone was very friendly and very helpful. She actually recommended a couple places for me and she was trying to make an appointment for me three days out which I needed it right then. She totally understood but I will definitely call back and see if I can schedule appointment for for my dog because this is definitely a Veterinary Clinic that I would go to permanently.
Dr. Hill is great and spent a lot of time with me and my animal to make sure all my questions were answered. Looking forward to continuing all my animal care with Sunnyside for years to come.
I unfortunately had a poor experience with Sunnyside Veterinary Hospital. We brought our two cats in for a physical exam and the veterinarian told us there was nothing we could do for our cat’s chronic ear infections, and told use dental gel on our cat with severe gingivitis. We recently went to a new vet after moving, where the tested the ears and gave us a medication to help immediately. They examined the teeth of our cat and said these teeth have to be removed, and he will feel much better after and he has probably been having chronic pain and irritation from them this whole time. Very upset that our cats did not get he care they deserve, just wanting to post for others consideration.
I couldnt be more grateful for this office. From the ladies on the phone setting up the appointment to his vet visit every single person was caring and educated and made my scary stressful time easier to go thu.
