In short, very dissatisfied with the professionalism and reliability (google review key terms) with care that I had sought at this particular clinic about a month ago. Read the story below.nnMy partner dropped off our dog in the morning so the vet could take a look at a dental issue with the expectation that I would pick her up in the afternoon. We stated we wanted a cleaning but there may be an problem with a visible spot inside her mouth. We were told that our dog would be seen at around 11. That was pushed back to afternoon. No problem there, everything is standard. I expect that a more urgent case would be escalated in front of a potential issue that was seemingly not an emergency with our dog.nnThat was when the problems began. I understand delaying care for more urgent cases but I do not understand the lack of communication when the delay is more than 6 hours. Not to mention the phone number my partner said to call when our dog was ready, was never called by the office. My partner had to call around 2 o clock to get a status update.nnI had to call this location at 5:55pm because they were about to close. Apparently, the vet had just finished up with her recently and my partner and I were not informed. I had to call multiple times when I arrived as the first time I called, the person that picked up asked if this was an emergency and without any opportunity to reply to the employee, they had hung up. When I had called back, the phones were closed and went straight to voicemail.nnI was waiting for about 15 minutes after the office had closed before I was able to even communicate with an employee that I was waiting for my dog. She asked why I didn't call the office, unaware that the phones are not accessible after 6pm. It then took another 20 minutes for our dog to be retrieved and the transaction paid. The quality of the care was passable, as in what was needed to be done was done. It's just all other components related to that care were unprofessional and unreliable. Did someone just forget to check the file for my phone number or did they not take it down in the first place?nnGoing to seek other options for healthcare for my pets.

After taking our dogs to a clinic in the Pearl for years that we always felt was trying to make us spend as much money as possible, we switched to Linwood and couldn’t be happier. The entire staff is super kind and we feel like the vets want to give our dog the best possible care but within our budget. Highly recommend!

Omg these guys are the best. I have a very anxious old rescue lab and they always treated her like a patient, with respect and care. They also were understanding of her anxiety and didn’t treat me poorly because of her bouncy behavior. They aren’t a bargain but they aren’t a rip off. You want a vet that has a well trained staff, with quality medicine. If your animal needs a procedure, they will explain the cost behind everything.

They seem pretty honest and not out to pull at your emotions as a pet owner. They've given me advice over the phone and not acted like I always need to rush in. They also squeezed me in when my pup had an infection. My only complaint was when they did an EKG on my pup before a dental cleaning, charged me a lot for it, and when I inquired they said it was optional in the paperwork, and my pup probably didn't need it because she was young. I wish that was pointed out before the procedure. Other than that they've been exceptional compared to my other recent vet experience.
