We recently took our 2 dogs and 2 cats here. Both times the vets and technicians were very friendly and informative. We felt like our pets were in good hands and that they did all they could to make them feel comfortable. We are impressed enough to make this our regular clinic for future visits.
If we did not live so far away they would be our home clinic!! Great people!! Amazing customer service. They loved and cared for our baby Brownie so good. Definitely recommended checking them out. Out puppy was spayed and they did an amazing job, walked me thru everything!! Thank you so much!!!
Brought my 18yr old feline friend JD here when she experienced kidney failure. Darling ended up needing to pass away peacefully, but they were wonderful to her while she was there, and about giving me instructions on what to expect & how to keep my little buddy as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much for all you guys do to help our critters!
Sadly I used to love this clinic, but when they refused to mail me my cats prescription so I could purchase her food my opinion when way down. I just had hip surgery and an not driving yet, additionally Governor Brown has issued a stay at home order; yet Dr Caldwell wanted me to come in and pick up the written prescription. She refused to mail it to me. Very poor customer service!
Wonderful they Ran blood work and spayed our Dog Anna. They were very nice handled all concerns. They Looked after her after everything was done.nnUpdatenDay 2 My Fiance and I are so thrilled she's 5 years old and it appears that we won't have much of a scar or any.nnShe's happy eating and moving around great.nnEveryone was really nice and caring here.nnThank you so much.
