Wonderful vet! I was feeling nervous about bringing my cat, Stella, in for her dental surgery, especially because I didn't have much of a frame of reference for what to expect. The staff at RVH managed to make the process as stress-free as possible, for both Stella and me. Dr. Alipui was so compassionate and transparent about how the team would be carrying out the procedure. She was clearly invested in making sure I understood the logistics and was receptive to my input as a pet mom, even calling during the procedure to discuss the best course of action for managing Stella's extractions. Stella is now resting comfortably at home, and we couldn't be happier with the level of care she received :) Highly recommend, especially for nervous first-time pet parents!

I’ve been looking around for a vet for my puppy and stumbled upon VCA for what I thought was an emergency. Let me tell you the staff and the doctor are SO NICE! My puppy khloe was having such a hard time adjusting but they went above and beyond to make her comfortable! Highly recommended!

I didn't mind paying top dollar for Dr Cerf because he is the best but since he retired this place is just like every other vet clinic. No reason to pay double for the same level of service.

My dog has been a patient at Ridgewood Veterinary Hospital for seven years. I am overjoyed with quality of care. Dr Healey is kind and always spends more time than expected. The boarding facility is wonderful. My dog is boarded at least twice per year. We always know our dog is safe! This is priceless.

All of the veterinarians and office staff at Ridgewood Vet are wonderful. We've been taking our cats there for about 15 years, and they've always received thorough and compassionate care. The doctors explain every aspect of your pet's exam when performing it, and are very practical with recommendations for further tests and/or medicines. They call back quickly with test results, and make sure you understand them. The staff has also been there for us when we've had to say goodbye, and they were so caring at every step. I trust this practice and highly recommend its services.
