Ramsey Vet is always professional, thorough and clean. The staff are accommodating and the doctors are knowledgable and compassionate. Even on busy days they still give you whatever time and attention that is required.

The doctors and staff are very professional and caring people. They always take very good care of my dog and treat him as if he belonged to one of them. They answer all of your questions and never rush you. I am very happy with the service and care my dog has been and will continue to get from Ramsey Vet Hospital. Kudos to the care given during the Covid - 19 pandemic. They were careful, clean and helpful and stayed in touch every few minutes while I waited in my car. Thank you!!

This clinic has changed dramatically in the past several months. Despite previously being happy with my dogs care under Dr. Dodson, since her departure, there's always extra charges, shots the dogs suddenly need (they always say just 1 more, which ends up being 3), and Dr. Kaplan doesn't like to listen to what care is authorized or not. Compounding things, there's always a sales pitch, or an attempt to bully pet owners into unnecessary tests. Profit is priority here, and it's disappointing.

Be warned of this office. Vaccination appointment, confirmed 2 days prior. Was told according to records my dog only needed one vaccine. Upon arrival the technician now told me my dog needed another type of vaccine. 8 minutes later I was notified by the vet they needed to do a fecal exam, despite the records showing the recent completion. The feeling was more about making a profit instead care for my dog. Dr. Kaplan came across to me as cold. I am not commenting on quality of care as I had two visits, I cannot determine. My overall interactions made me feel uncomfortable and more of a dollar sign than anything else.
