Ramsey Animal Clinic

My husband and I just moved to the area from the city and took our recently-adopted puppy to Ramsey Animal Clinic for initial check-up and shots after searching for a good veterinarian for hours. We were recommended by our kid's music teacher to try Ramsey Animal Clinic as she has been going there for years so we also cross-checked and were glad that several of our neighbors also recommended them.nnThe appointment was easy and they take their time to thoroughly examine our young dog. As we were waiting, another couple came for their appointment with their recently-adopted young dog and we started talking. It was a coincidence that the woman had gone to the same school where I went and we were happy to see each other, exchanged numbers and also made new friends. As we hadn't been able to agree on a name for our puppy, we all decided to name our dog Marco and my friend's dog Polo.nnIt was a great day as we found a good veterinarian and new friends in the area. Oh and btw, the doctor is very thorough, took his time with examining Marco and sent us home with all the up to date vaccines. Now Marco and Polo are rabies tag number neighbors with matching collars. We are happy we found a great veterinary clinic nearby and found new friends. I will definitely recommend them for their excellent service and reasonable price.

Amazing Veterinary clinic. My little Bentley seemed off and wasn’t eating but no tell tail signs of what was wrong. We had just brought him home .. wasn’t eating .. Barely drinking but attentive and playful .. breeder said most likely anxiety. I called the clinic and the Dr. came in on his day off to see Bentley. Thank goodness he did ... and such a thorough exam. Ended up pup was wheezing and had an upper respiratory infection. Was sent home with everything I needed including a calmer heart ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

Have had only good things to say about Dr.Bishnoi and his wife and son. They have shown passionate concern for both my cat and dog. Although we no longer have our cat, they gave him the attention and concern and time in is last few months. They always make room for us to come in with our dog when we call. It feels like you are going to a family who cares about your pet not just going to the vet.

My worst experience. They really made me lose my confidence in vets. I had to look for a second opinion because I instantly felt something was off with all the diagnostics and things he did to my dog. When I called the doctor and told him that he gave me a wrong diagnosis for my dog he answered me “I am sorry I missed that” Now, I’m a person who can understand mistakes, but if your mistake is going to cost me $600, this is not ok anymore. I don’t pay for your apologies, I pay for a good service. And the worst part was when I told him I wanted my money back... He started laughing... unbelievable. After that I hear many bad things about this place. Many people had the same problems I did. He only cares about the money. That’s why he did things to my dog that were never necessary. He was super rude and unprofessional on the phone. And he ended up hanging up on me.nI love my dog and I hope this comment can help some people to avoid going to this untrustworthy place. DO NOT take your little cutie in there! They don’t care, they just want to take your money!

When I needed to take my recently-adopted puppy Noodle, I was referred to Ramsey Animal Clinic from several of my colleagues. They all use this veterinary clinic for their pets and were happy to share their positive experiences. I felt more at ease coming in for the visit and also when I found that they are taking extra precaution during the coronavirus I was glad to have taken my dog. They were very thorough and answered every bit of my questions and I felt more confident that I was doing everything right for Noodle.nnThe location is convenient on Main street, plenty of parking, plenty of space to walk my dog as he is always curious to smell where he is going.nnI will definitely be coming back. Thank you for taking such a good care.
