*Update* Called the next day to complain, spoke to a very nice man(not sure what his name was) but he assured me they would resend another platter, that same day. This time it was done right.nOrdered a Summer fruit platter $65 as a Birthday/Father's Day gift, Received a picture from the person i gifted it too. Didn't look anything like what I ordered. Only good thing is that the fruit was pretty fresh. It was placed in a bowl and not a platter, it was missing fruits like strawberries, blueberries and pineapple daisies.

I didn't hate it at all. The phone said that. The Michigan store did an awesome job ordering from here. The recipient totally loved it. In NJ I haven't heard. I had to call 3 times/different days to finally place an order as their computers were down. This happens! People were pleasant tho. I felt sorry for them. No more info available.

This place is completely unprofessional and unbelievably rude. I called to let them know I was dissatisfied with a very expensive product I received. The chocolate coating had a very off-putting smell and taste, almost like a wet/midlew smell. The woman basically told me there was nothing wrong with their product, they've never received a complaint before, and that I was essentially making it up. Then, when I was not satisfied with the fact that nothing was being done to correct the situation, she implied that I was being immature! She refused to offer any solution and told me a manager would call me back, which has not happened. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service and that employee needs to consider another profession.

This place is horrible. My son place order in the morning to be deliver on the 13th to his girlfriend school and I had to call and change the address because it was not going to be deliver on time. So when my daughter in-law got the arrangement and she send us a picture it was not what we order. When I called yesterday staring at 9am the only person who keep answering the phone her name is Tiffany who is unprofessional keeps customers on hold for more that ten minutes you have to call back and try to get your questions answered and there she goes answering the phone and placing you on hold again. I decided to call corporate and put a complain I was told by Mr Williams the only thing they can do it’s send an email and for me to wait 48hrs to get someone to call me back. Of course it’s my son’s first valentines with his girlfriend so I was not hearing that. I called the store again and once again Tiffany answers and puts me on hold again. I spend my entire morning trying to get my order straighten away. Finally Tiffany transfer me to a think who was a manager name Malik that honesty I don’t know who trained this people. I explain to them that my daughter in law arrangement that was deliver was not why I order. I was told by Malik to bring the arrangement back I was like if I show you the picture of what you guys deliver you will be upset as I was. I wanted my money back per Malik they don’t refund. He keeps telling me to bring the arrangement back I told him what you deliver was garbage which is we’re the arrangement is. He comes and said that unfortunately they can not help me because I threw out the arrangement. Then he comes and said well mam your daughter in-law sign for the arrangement when she saw it if she knew it was not what you order she should’ve return it. I pause and ask him do you know this was a surprise how is she supposed to know that she was getting an arrangement. I will never again order from this place. It’s bad costumer services don’t try to help the people who are making their Buisness continue to work. After finally arguing with him he tells me we will make an exception and deliver another arrangement but we will not guarantee it will be deliver today for valentines we have to many order to deliver I told him I didn’t care about their delivery I told him your store made a mistake and we have to suffer because you didn’t do your job correctly. Finally my daughter in law got her arrangement. But I will never again order from here. Bad costumer services, bad everything. They need to do better

I called this morning with a few questions and received nothing but an attitude. I explained to the woman on the phone that I live out of state and had a few questions. She seemed pretty annoyed when I asked her simple questions about same day delivery. If you want decent customer service, take your money elsewhere.
