Global Flowers Howell

I do not live in Howell. I called over the phone. trusted them to make a nice arrangement and last minute delivery for the same day. They were extremely affordable. They were so kind polite and professional. the flowers are gorgeous! After getting pictures sent to me from my aunt, it was SOOOOO worth every penny! Thank you so much for accommodating me on such short notice.

The Short Version: A large selection of exotic and classic flowers coupled with well below market prices make this shop a very attractive choice. Quality is above average and customer service is excellent, tech is mostly non existent for now.nnP.s. Vase in picture is not from the shop, they do offer vases.nnTLDR;nnCalled Global Flowers while hunting for a specific flower (calla lily) most in the area did not have it or had a limited selection. Spoke to Tali, who told me that they had it in three colors and two sizes for prices between one third to half of the competition. I picked the white and purple ones even though they were different sizes and trusted Talia to take care of the rest within a budget we agreed upon after the price of the calla lily’s which were to be the focal point. I did not get a vase so the one in the picture is our own.nnThe quality of the flowers was not as high as I am used to for shops, but the price was so insane that it did not matter as it was well above average of any premade bouquet you get in a random store. The customer service was truly excellent, it is a bit old school but they are willing to talk to you through their options and pricing along with helpful suggestions on what to pair your preferences with. They also had no problem working within a deadline that is really tight and last-minute. Friday was apparently their busiest day and they still managed to put this together for me amazingly quickly, I even had to ask for a later time for pick up because the initial time they gave me was to soon for a same day request! The only knock I can give them is, they did not give food for the flower be it general packets or food specific to the flowers purchased, which is fine as the Internet is filled with DIY options for flower food with simple ingredients most can find in their house, so i’m not taking a star but will mention that. I should note, I don’t know if they offer food, I did not ask.nnAll in all it was a great experience, one I am sure to repeat in the future when the need for murdering flowers in vases arise again ;) Side note: the branches you see in the picture were very very tall, kinda liked that as you can always cut them, we did not, they are just out of frame but worth the mention as getting them in the car was interestingnnThank you Tali and the Global Flowers Team for helping me make the day special! On the 28th of May, 2020, I ordered fifty (50) Red Roses for my son’s 50th birthday. When I called him that night, and asked how did he like his present? His reply was what was it? You told him that I had sent him 50 Red Roses for each year. He told me that he NEVER received any roses. After many calls to Global florist , with no reply from them. They finally replied to a chat on the Internet . Telling me that the flowers had been delivered. At the time when I placed the order, they asked me for my son’s phone. They never called to see whether or not they had arrived, after my many phone calls to them. When I asked them to send me a copy of the signature that they said he signed. That request was ignored and never answered . I can give them proof that they received payment from my bank. But, they have refused to send me a copy of the signature. That say my son signed. How can he be at work and at home at the same time of day. So my son’s fifth birthday cake and went without the flowers that I had wanted him to have. Why haven’t I been able to speak with a live person, after I began complaining about my son not receiving his 50 roses for his 50th birthday. Since I began to complain, call I’ve listened to is a voice recorded message. If Global really had sent the flowers, like they were paid to do, what took them so long to contact me? And, then only because I had used every method that could find to reach them. Because they certainly DID NOT return any of my phone calls. Why won’t they send me a copy of the signature, that they say was signed by him?? They DID NOT say that someone sign for them. But rather HE signed for them. That’s a big difference. Why would he tell me that he NEVER received them? Why didn’t Global send someone a picture of the order? Most of all why won’t they send me a copy of the signature?
