Friendly and helpful staff. Store is clean and well organized. Plenty of choices and fair prices. This is pretty much it for me....simple formula that makes a business great.

Customer service employee (young woman) on the floor knew nothing. She made me wait 10 minutes while assisting another customer so I couldn’t help but pay attention to what was going down. She couldn’t answer a basic question about Beta fish and attempted to ask a colleague who was busy. REALLY? I almost answered the question for her poor customer.nnHis Beta WILL kill the fish you recommended it to cohabitate with. Tonight. Sorry [customer] man, maybe I should have said something, but the store was busy, crowded, and energy was tense, I was focused on the emergency pet-care product I came in for and needed to get home as soon as possible.nnMy inquiry was inventory-related, and she couldn’t even find the item I was looking for! First she tried the same thing she did to the last guy. Ran away to ask for help. Returned to me with a basic informational pamphlet about my pet. Why?nnNext, she made a second attempt to find my item. Gave up very quickly.nnShe said she would be right back, and I could actually hear her ask a new customer “HI CAN I HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING?” (Probably not.) This ridiculously unprofessional girl literally ghosted me.nnAfter reading the labels of EVERY item on the shelves, I eventually found what I was looking for. (Very poorly organized.)nnIf it weren’t for my cashier, I’d probably never come back to this store. We immediately struck up a great conversation about animal keeping and she demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. Why wasn’t she on the floor responding to animal inquiries?

Merchandising is very disjointed. When I asked where something was, employee was unpleasant. I usually shop in another location and it is much better run and more friendly.

All the beta fish was priced wrong or in the wrong spot. The cashier was ok but the lady she called to help us was Extremely rude she made my 8 year old feel as if she did something wrong. 1st its not our fault that the fish was in the wrong places n they were priced wrong. They had the $3.99 fish where the $19.99 fish were how were we supposed to know. She was just extremely rude to my daughter n I. And I will never bring or recommend anyone bringing their children there for a fish experience. I only wish I could got her name.
