On the day my mom passed away. I received. An outstanding arrangement of Flowers Innovas from a couple of my girlfriends. 10 days later they are still fresh and lovely looking without even a petal from any of the arrangement dropping. It's as if they are Bionic! I am truly grateful for this beautiful, beautiful arrangement that now is proudly seated on my mantlepiece in my living room.

Got a flower basket for my mother for Mother’s Day through 1800FLOWERS and this is the garden center that assembled the arrangement - and we could not have been happier with the results! It looked better than the picture and it made my moms day. Thanks so much!

Floral anniversary gift ordered over a week ago. Wasn’t delivered until 5pm today.

Pat, at Waterbrook Florist and Garden Center, made our Christmas miracle!nShe took our flower order Christmas Eve morning when no one else could or would.nWe had forgotten to order our elderly mom's flowers for Christmas(usually one of our sisters will bring the Christmas flowers, but she was seriously injured and could not make the trip to New Jersey from Connecticut and provide the flowers.) So, we in the confusion, had forgotten to order the flowers and were in panic mode when we realized this; we began calling all local florists, none of whom would [understandably]even consider delivering another order on Christmas Eve day. We, in California , obviously couldn't deliver it ourselves, don't know the area and didn't know what to do, so we kept on calling ever florist on google search.nI found Waterbrook and I spoke to Pat and explained that mom would be basically alone on Christmas and was there any way she could take my order and deliver flowers today, December 24?nNot only did Pat agree to create a beautiful arrangement, but delivered it, sent me a text picture, and texted me after the delivery and wished me a Merry Christmas!nPat at Waterbrook is an excellent example of how important our local businesses are and how we must all support fine establishments who give the most precious and warm personal attention to their clients
