My boyfriend has picked up flowers for me from here several times in 2020 and they were all beautiful and lasted at least a week, sometimes almost 2. Today I went there for a birthday bouquet for my aunt. They asked for colors and price since I did not have anything specific in mind and came back not even 10 min later with a stunning fall arrangement. I was also able to grab a card since there is a nice selection. I’m not sure why they have a lower rating because I’ve only had really great experiences!

Extremely disappointed in their service! I ordered perfect Peruvian Lilies (picture on the left what I thought I was ordering and were expensive for Mother’s Day)...what arrived (picture on the right) were not even Lilies...they were a chrysanthemum, which is not an expensive flower. I called to challenge this as 1)they shouldn’t sell flowers they don’t have! 2) and if they were going to sub in other flowers without asking they should at least provide something of the same caliber. I was told they were busy and someone would get back to me - it’s now August (this was from May) and no one has ever gotten back to me...I wanted to help the local business especially during COVID times, but feel I got completely ripped off and what’s worse is they don’t seem to care!!nnSave your money and don’t shop here!!

I live states away and for my mother's birthday i was able to make her feel loved and special thanks to Mr. Alan's! The arrangement your staff put together for her was magnificent! Your flowers brought my beautiful mother joy and sunshine for days and for that I could not thank you more! OUTSTANDING!

Been waiting a while to see if I ever got over this but its still something I think about a year later. Went here to get flowers for my fathers funeral service and picked out a beautiful arrangement. I told the lady I was picking up the flowers hours before the service & bringing them straight there. She knew these were from me to my dad. When I got there the arrangement had lillies that weren't even opened placed in them! The service was in 2 hours. When I let her know I wanted open lillies to be displayed once again, as this was right next to his picture display, she replied Calm down its not the end of the world ill change them. How in the hell do you say that to a customer who's father just died and im on the way to his service. It was disgusting. I will never return and always tell people this story
