The funeral director, Bailey was amazing. She helped a lot and was very understanding and kind. I was a little disappointed with the “tent” that was provided for the graveside service because I guess I was expecting a large white “event” type tent, but it was just one of those little pop up tarp things (like a sun shade for camping). I could have brought one to accommodate my whole family had I known it was going to be so small (no room for social distancing for sure). It was a cold rainy day but the Celebrant pushed through the rain and wind and provided a beautiful service. All in all it turned out pretty nice. RIP Mom.....

After the unexpected death of my father, my mother and I found ourselves at a loss of direction. We did not even know where to start. The best decision I made was to call Crystal Newland at Lincoln. From the second I let her know what had happened she made sure I had a clear understanding of the process and what was going to be involved. She saw to the removal of my fathers body quickly and cared for him like he was her own family. the team who came to pick up my dad was caring and very thoughtful in making sure our questions had been answered and I had my dads wedding ring and watch. When my mom was ready, Crystal took the time to get on the phone to explain her options. and help her make the decisions best for my dad. She made sure we had been updated through out the entire process and checked in to make sure mom and I had been doing okay through it all. The care the entire team gave my mom gave us peace through what has been a trying time. When the time was right she delivered him back to us and made sure all our questions had been answered. Most importantly shes always been checking in to make sure we are taking care of ourselves and each other. I could not imagine how this process would of been without Crystal and the entire team at our side.

My Name is Angelina. I have recently lost my 24 year old son in a tragic car accident. I want to let everyone know that Lincoln Memorial made this extremely horrible experience as painless as possible. Bailey one of the employees there was so helpful, caring and understanding of my loss. She works not for the money but I feel for the compassion she has for someone that looses a loved one. I would highly recommend Lincoln Memorial to everyone that is going through a loss of a loved one. Thank you Bailey you are such a beautiful person. I would not been able to do this without you.

Death is never an easy or pleasant process. My family is devastated with our recent loss and I was dreading having to make the arrangements for this final journey. From the moment I talked with Sidney on the phone the first time,I felt that this awful burden was being taken from me and I was so relieved. She talked to me for quite a while and got a sense of what the person was like and how he interacted with everyone. I must say she got everything perfect right down to the smallest detail. Friends and family have told me it was the best funeral they have ever attended and I feel the same way. If you are tasked with this unfortunate experience, let Sidney and her crew take care of it for you at Lincoln Memorial. You will not regret it. She will take care of you from beginning to the end in a discreet and professional manner.
