Both of my Parents prepaid many years ago for cremation packages through Neptune Cremation Services. Seven years ago my Mother passed away and since she had prepaid for her cremation as a Family we had no worries of how or what we needed to do the whole process was seamless and Penny at Neptune provided us amazing service. Fast forward to the end of July 2020 when my Father passed away. Malory and her amazing team once again made the whole process for my Father seamless. I was so impressed with the service my Family was provided for both of my parents that I signed up with Neptune to handle my own cremation in the future. I can not express enough how amazing they treat you at Neptune and I highly recommend you to consider the Services they can offer.
Thanks so much to Madison and Elizabeth for their amazing compassion and respect to our father. They took care of his remains and were on time for his burial at the National Cemetery, they had the flag and all the details perfectly worked out. Death is not fun to go through but fortunately we have to go through it, Neptune creations took some of the pressure of going through the hard part of dealing with a love one. thank you to all the staff at Neptune creations.
Malory, Kyndra, and every other person with whom I spoke at the Portland Neptune facility, went above and beyond what one would expect of an outstanding funeral service. Their competence, kindness, and caring during an inordinately difficult time were appreciated. Words cannot adequately express the gratitude of myself and my family.
I enjoyed the seminar. It was very relaxed, not a hard sell. Stephanie clearly explained what Neptune offers. Several family members had previously used Neptune, and when they passed, everything was handled very easily. I wanted to take the stress out of making arrangements from my children, so it was logical to sign up. It was an easy process and I know my family will not be burdened with having to make final arrangements.
