I appreciated being able to select what services and box/urn I wanted and pay, all online, so I had the convenience of online arrangements combined with the personal phone and email communication. After I picked up my grandmother’s ashes and our business was done, a few weeks later I received a message from Nicole and Elizabeth that they hoped I was doing well, which was such a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.
