I ordered a beautiful sympathy arrangement for my sister. She took a picture of an ugly bunch of long-stemmed yellow roses stuck in a short vase with a ribbon. I didn't want to pester her in her grief, so I called the florist. Did they substitute ugly roses for my order?nnThe florist was distraught that something might have gone wrong. She took extra care with the arrangement because she knew it was for a death, made a trip to buy fresh, special flowers for the arrangement. It turned out that my sister had taken a pic of roses she'd bought herself. The arrangement was beautiful, and sitting on her bedside table.nnI was super impressed with the florist's commitment and dedication to her work. She obviously cares a great deal about her customers and takes her responsibility very seriously.
What great customer service. I ordered flowers from out of state and the florist called to tell me they were going to market to get fresh flowers so they would last longer. Highly recommend this flower shop!!!
I recently had a few arrangements delivered from friends and family Who are both in state and out from Mary Jean’s. The arrangements are absolutely beautiful. For people who wonder, they look exactly like the online pictures. Yay for local businesses!
