This place is amazing! Dr Pascetta is very thorough and explains everything in detail. I’m so happy and relieved to have found such a caring and helpful vet for my new puppy. Dr Dan and the staff here is amazing. Very kind and caring people. I trust them with my dogs, even when I can’t go in the vets office with them. They have no issues explaining in detail what is going on with my dog and describing in detail what tests where done and what they mean. They go above and beyond to provide the best care possible.

Love this vet! We have been a customer for 7 years now, and we appreciate the great customer service and attention to care for our dog. When I called them about a stray cat that I found, they offered for me to come at their lunch break if that was easiest for a microchip scan. How nice! The employee that came out to scan the cat for a microchip was so friendly and offered great tips for how to handle the stray cat. She was kind and caring, just like everyone else we have ever met there.

Dr. Dan, his wife and all of his staff are incredibly wonderful people. I cannot express how great they are with all of my fur babies. They truly treat every animal as if they were their own. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel very welcome as soon as you walk in. I would never trust any other vet with my babies.

I recently took my cat “Jasper” to Southern Ocean Animal Hospital for an exam and to address a few concerns about Jasper’s health. In the course of my conversation with Dr. Pascetta, I mentioned the fact that I just found out that I was going to need open heart surgery, and was concerned about finding someone to care for Jasper while I was in hospital to give him his insulin every day. Dr. Pascetta told me that although they aren’t a boarding facility, they would do this for me. Their offer of assistance really gave me peace of mind in preparing for my surgery. Southern Ocean is an old-fashioned small town vet that is all too rare these days. Their staff is also very friendly and responsive—I highly recommend!
