I went to Smith's on Sunday, May 31,2020. I arrived at 3:00pm. They would not accept my dog because they were too busy. I have never experienced an "emergency" vet who would not accept a case while they were open. They appear to be "emergency" by appointment only. They offered I should go to ABQ (90 miles away). This is highly unacceptable to me. Certainly not customer service. This situation is problematic as the real emergency vet in town is closed due to Covid-19 and they refer people to Smith's, as do most of the vets in the area.
