Nice and friendly, just a little spendy.
Had what I needed and on sale.
They were extremely helpful and patient to answer a lot of questions. Not only did they help us getting crickets for our pet, but they also had tons of advice and guidance about caring for the pet and for different options for food and how to keep the food. This was excellent customer service.
The phone app gets a 3. The doggie salons seem to have quite high turnover, which is sad. Service has always been good, but it is nice to have consistency once you and your dog have a rapport with a groomer.
Sold me a sick bearded dragon. He was my first one and passed away 24 days after I bought him. I used all the correct techniques. Whatever you do, don’t buy lives animals from here.
