Love love love it here! The staff is so kind and attentive and they don't charge an arm and leg.nnOnly downfall is they don't take appointments so you may have to wait a while.

Family run. Great care. No appointments, so if you don't have patience, don't come here. If you can handle the occasional wait, they are great people who treat your pets as they should: like a member of your family!

I have been going to Prospect for some time now. And my pup has received outstanding treatment from the staff! want to say that Dr. Catona & Dr Lee have been amazing with King and so has Ally and the other staff. Thank you all for what you do and making our babies aka our pets feel better!!

My one outdoor/indoor cat unfortunately got his tail caught while trying to race out a door before it closed. I chose this vet for many reasons! Most of the people I know who live in the area bring their pets here and have nothing but great things to say about them and the reviews show the same! My poor boy had to get stitches but the doctor and assistants were all so gentle with him. He took it like a champ! Had to get a cast and come back to check it was healing correctly. Dr. Lee walked me through everything and made sure I understood it all. Fast and easy process! My first time here couldn't have gone any better. The staff is amazing! Plus it's a treat seeing all the cute cats and dogs waiting to be seen. Everyone is so friendly!nnThis particular vet is walk in only so you never know how long you'll be waiting but I have never waited longer than an hour. Will come here for life (and I know many, many, many people who would say the same)nnEdit: Visited again 5/11/20 and 5/14/20. This time for my other sweet furbaby. Her health had randomly declined over just a couple days and she has never had any health issues before despite being 13 years old. I was happy to see Dr. Lee again! He's been the sweetest and so thorough with everything! Takes all my concern seriously and (as I have a problem with apologizing a lot) told me never to apologize for any questions I may have. I trust him 1000% with my pets! Was so worried it would be a bad diagnosis due to my cat's age and while were still working on figuring it all out she is already doing tons better! He was just as relieved and happy as I was to see some good news.nnThank you so so much for all the help from all the staff and doctors. I especially appreciate all they do and are still doing despite the current pandemic going on.nn10/16/2020 update: Unfortunately my sweet baby has passed away due to kidney disease and while I had been taking her to a specialist the past few months when PP Vet learned of the passing they were all very upset & even sent a handwritten letter about how beautiful and loved my Teddy Bear was and how missed she will be. I cried. Love this place! Wish I had brought her here to handle being cremated as the other vet marked my paperwork wrong & I won't be getting her ashes back.
