Pet Check Urgent Care

My regular just could not fit me into his schedule and I needed to have my “baby” examined. His nose was all stuffed up and he started with a cough. I was not willing to wait until my vet could get me in (sometime next week)nI understood right off that this was a “Walk In” Urgent care for Pets. I knew what that meant. This was first time and my first impressions: clean, pleasant staff, courteous. They explained the wait and options (wait in my car, if I lived close check in).nI waited 90 minutes. Vet tech was courteous but not overly so. That’s ok with me too.nDr Felipe came in did an overall exam of my boy and we discussed treatment. He explained what a better option for my boy would be and then we were done.nAs an Urgent Care.. definitely terrific service & care. If they took appointments for well visits, Id consider leaving my current vet..nThank you for helping me and my fur-baby!!!

I've been taking my cats here now for several months, and I must say, I'm so happy with the quick service and you can actually go in to meet the docs which I really like. Prices are very reasonable, and they take time to answer all your questions. Any nail cutting for cats just $10 wow, can't beat that, other vets were charging a lot more for nail cutting. TerrificnGlad there's a vet you can go to same day, so far they've given me excellent advice about my cats issues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have to thank Dr. Garcia. I am Hispanic and, although I am bilingual, being able to communicate in my first language gave me more confidence when explaining the health condition of my dog. Everyone made sure they understood what was happening with my dog ​​and explained me very well (in Spanish and English). They gave me clear instructions to follow the doctor's recommendations at home. I would not hesitate to return if necessary. I am a Spanish teacher and I shared my experience with my students. This was the second time I have taken one of my pets to Pet Check and I was blown away by how amazing Dr. Erin was with our sweet Onyx, 9 month old Black Labrador retriever. After a long wait, she came in so upbeat and professional. She took the time to engage with Onyx and that made the examination run smoothly and ease our minds. I feel like we could really talk to her and ask any questions. As always the receptionists and techs are so nice and patient.You never see an attitude from them!! The facility always smells amazing and check in is made easy. Thank you for helping Onyx on a crazy Saturday!!

Finding a good veterinarian is like finding a good pediatrician for your children. Not only do I want to find a doctor that cares for my pets as much as I do, but it’s just as important for the office staff and support staff to make us feel like we are part of the family. I have known Janelle for almost 30 years. I trust her advice when it comes to my pets.
