As a multi dog family, I barely know where to begin with my gratitude for finding these doctors and staff. I appreciate their natural and holistic approach, not to mention the fact they are not like other vets who clearly chase as much money as they can. They are always reasonable and thoughtful about their recommendations. My most recent experience involved their incredible bedside manner as my almost 17 year old dog dealt with failing kidneys. No vet could have saved him, so we made the difficult but right choice for our dog and had him put to sleep under CVA’s care. That was a painful day last week but they were so good to me and my entire family as we grieved and said goodbye. Today - a week later I received a heartfelt handwritten message in the mail from every staff member who was there that day. Tears again. But even more gratitude that I have people like them to trust and help me care for our dogs. Aside from being great doctors and trustworthy business people, they are just good humans and it shows. Thank you to all of you.

Ever since day one a few years ago, I didn't care for the staff. Only reason I went back was because of Dr. Kandle, wish she was somewhere else. whoever read the x rays misdiagnosed twice according to another vet when they received, unless they sent the wrong xrays, which I wouldn't be surprised. So If you don't like to ask a lot of questions, then this is the place for you. Two of my neighbors expressed very bad experiences with surgery, staff and refusal to provide meds after surgery unless they paid the bill, one said they put her pet is severe pain, so much for compassion, caring, value and quality. If google didn't force to put a star, I would put none.

They care more about pushing their holistic bs and belief over the animal. I am sure some people think they are great, but I am sure their pet is alive. I lost mine over a common disease in the breed I wasn’t aware of but a vet certainly should have been. Reconsider.

Very friendly and professional people from the veterinarian technicians to Dr. Morgan herself. Talked us thru Cali's exam and followup treatment plan in a friendly manner. This office is also doing the leg work for Cali's PT. Highly recommend.

Very compassionate veterinary office. They don't overdo the testing unless you want it so you're not spending hundreds of dollars you may not have. The doctors are very knowledgeable and caring as are the techs. Our Jake was in good hands right up to the end. I highly recommend them.
