They treated my 2 year old Staffordshire Terrier, Jillian, quickly and kept the cost down. Jillian had become lethargic and wouldn't eat for 2 days. They told me the costs of everything upfront and only recommended testing that was absolutely necessary. Turns out Jillian had bad indigestion / and a minor infection from partying too hard at our 4th of July Bar-B-Q. Apparently all our guests and children were giving her treats all day! BCAH filled her prescriptions right on site. I was relieved and for under $200 Jillian was on the way to recovery! We love her and were very satisfied with the service.

The worst vet around. The actual doctor Showed absolutely no empathy for my hamster. And held her so tightly by her skin she could barely breath during a unsettling long exam. She told me she could treat her took her out of the room and came back 1 min later saying while they tried to give her fluids that she went into respiratory arrest and she will have to be euthanized. The whole situation was nonsensical and if you care for your animals bring them to a better establishment.
