Always great to my pets and very gentle. Helped with an emergency during the first months of covid and handled it very professionally.
Never available to take your pet when something is wrong with them the same day always have to make an appointment for days later.
Thought the receptionists were not very friendly and felt they barely acknowledged me. I really liked the theme it was very cute, the techs were very kind and sweet to my animal. The vet seemed nice but was a little brisk and brief in what he had to say, tho he did answer any questions I had.
They set toooooo many appointments at the same time. Been here for 30minutes still haven't been seen. 4 animals still b4 us. Smh
