I can't say enough about the great, caring people that work there from start to finish.nCompassion, empathy and love in this place.nI recently had to put my Charlie to sleep and I received a beautiful card signed by everyone there, some i didn't even get to meet.nI am forever grateful.

Writing this as I wait for my baby to come out. This place is the best ER vet I ever been to. VERY friendly and not rude like other places. Professional and hardworking staff. I appreciate your hard work.

I’m surprised at the positive reviews for this 24 hour emergency hospital. I brought my dog in while on vacation. After agreeing for almost $600 in diagnostic testing, I received zero communication in 7 days. I had to call and email repeatedly only to get conflicting results. When the vet finally called back he reviewed the “results” only for me to find out that the lab deemed the sample size insufficient.nnIt took five follow ups for me to get a copy the lab results from them.nnThey initially discussed reimbursement and I am still waiting.nnIf you want a veterinarian hospital that provides quality care and follow up, I advise you to go elsewhere.nnI will note that the front desk staff were kind and this review isn’t a reflection on them.

My Buddy (dog) absolutely loves and adores Dr Marina and the staff. Sam and Spencer know how corky he is and he takes to them so well. (When scared he walks backwards). They always make him feel at ease while Dr Marina does her exam or anything further that she needs do to Buddy to make sure he stays healthy. Couldn’t ask for a better vet.

I used to go there 15 years ago, and they were great. Great Doctors and great service, those days.. Not so happy with them, currently. The attitude of the Vets there right now, and almost everyone working there is so obnoxious. They know everything better, then any of the dog owners who have had dogs their whole life. And also they deal very badly with emotional things with their long time patients, as in being there when your dog is dying.
