Cape May Veterinary Hospital

Yesterday was the saddest day in a dog owners life for my Mom and I. We put our beloved Marley down and Cape May Veterinary Hospital could not have been more Compassionate. They cared for Marley throughout his life in many ways and they gave us the time and compassion that was so needed yesterday. My dog is my child. I must begin with that statement, as I am sure many can relate. When I first brought my dog to this office I was hopeful. He is a big pup and they didn’t pay mind to how I handle him however they were kind. Their hospitality shifted when I was not paying cash for my visits and instead utilized my pet insurance. The provided me a referral and stated they would write a letter to my insurance when they could not provide a product. I followed their lead. As I continue to move forward with the new claim they denied referring it. Mind you, I record all my phone calls. I requested recognition and provided the proof of referral. Instead of accepting responsibility they discontinued the patient relationship. If they can’t step up when they make a mistake and own it... I wonder how much they are not telling pet owners. I value trust and honesty. This is apparently not reciprocated by this facility. Such a disappointment.

My pets and I love Cape May Vet Hospital! The staff treat my fur babies like family every time we come in. They know them by name, and shower them with affection at every chance. I have always been so happy with the doctors and staff there. They take plenty of time to answer all my questions and when my pets are being examined. Whenever something has been wrong they will call and check on them to make sure everything is going well. They are quite thorough and recommend them to anyone with a pet.

I have been coming to this vet for years. The staff are always so caring and passionate about their jobs. I believe they treat my animals beyond the best of their ability. I don't ever doubt any of the doctors, they will always work with you even when you are tight on money. I have pet insurance to help me with that though and the doctors have never once turned my referrals away. The hospitality and professionalism of this vet hospital are amazing! I would never go anywhere else, they're all awesome!

I don’t know what I would do without this amazing veterinary staff!nI have cats, dogs, rabbits, small birds and other small animals. The staff is knowledgeable in handling and taking care of all of them.nTheir prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent.nThey have taken care of my family from first adoption visits to saying goodbye to some of my best friends.nI wouldn’t trust my family to anyone else. ud83dudc3e
