I have never had success with a floral delivery. It's always been delayed or they contact the recipient, rather than me and ruin the surprise.nI can say that Lake O. Floral was AMAZING!nThey delivered on time and made sure I was happy with the arrangement BEFORE sending.nPrices are great and very reasonable for what you get. Customer service was great! Would definitely recommend them!

Floral texted me a picture of the GORGEOUS arrangement & beautiful hand written message before sending the flowers out for delivery. They even let me as soon as the flowers had been delivered.
