The custom bouquet I ordered for my mom - which I send annually on my own birthday with one bloom for every year - was one of the best she's ever gotten (and not just because I'm getting old!). The flowers were exceptionally fresh, the vase was gorgeous and of much higher quality than what's standard, and the delivery went perfectly. This was absolutely beautiful, and I'll definitely reuse this florist in the years to come. Special shout out and thanks to Theresa who worked to make such a lovely bouquet!

I ordered flowers today from Flowers by Donna. I paid the premium price because they were going to my mother and I wanted a really nice arrangement for her. She just got out of the hospital.The flowers were supposed to be a beautiful arrangement with white roses and lots of little purple flowers with some greenery in a big white basket. The flowers were delivered but they were an arrangement of yellow and white daisies with some orange roses in a vase. Was extremely disappointed. Called them and asked them to deliver what I ordered. They sent another arrangement which was a lot closer to the original order and very pretty, but it still was not what I originally ordered and it was in a pink basket not a white one. There was also a tag that said it was from Hill florist, not Flowers by Donna. I will not use this place again. I called this shop in need of an arrangement on short notice and they totally helped me out! They were able to make a beautiful bouquet and have it ready for me to pick up by the time I needed it. Thanks so much!

My boyfriend surprised me with a delivery from Flowers by Donna and I am blown away by how gorgeous these are! Everything arrived cleaned and safely due to COVID-19 restrictions and I am very satisfied. Thank you for helping him brighten my day!

Absolutely beautiful arrangements for an affordable price. The flowers always last so long, and the owner is always so quick to help. Definitely our favorite place, top-tier in Portland.
