Pennsylvania SPCA Wellness Clinic

I had a question and the door was wide open so I walked in. I was almost at the desk and one young lady rushed me about to have a conniption saying what are you doing in here you can't come in I said I just wanted to ask a question she said you have to call the number on the door, I said but I'm here and I didn't see anything that said I couldn't come in. She guided me to the door and as proceeded to close it she said the number is on the door.nI had a mask on and I did not have an animal with me.

Very impatient not willing to listen to you completely and give you valuable information kinda like a brushy off

I was not happy about the wait. Got there at 7:15 didn't get seen until 9:15. And i was third on the list. Get there at 7am!! Besides that the cost of care was cheap compared to any other place and o was very happy with the service they provided. That being said if your cat is really sick expect to spend at least 140 or more for the visit xray and medicine. Regular checkup and shots are cheaper. After the exam the doctor figured out quite quickly my cat had asthma and he has been doing better ever since. They were very kind and efficient. Would definatly recommend for anyone who has a fur baby and is on a budget.

I love what they do for the animals, but I called no one answers, the recording doesn't answer none of my questions, and I left numerous messages per prompt and never got a call back concerning my pet,

This place is extremely understaffed in regards to practiced vets. My boyfriend and I took our dog there at 11ish and we weren't out the door until after close at 6pm. If your pet needs shots, they are pretty speedy with that but to go through the clinic is slow. That said, the vet there was very in depth with our dogs care and went beyond her service to find out that our dog was anemic. She even waited until my bf got off of work to come pick us up so he could also hear the diagnosis. Good place for affordable care. Just plan to sacrifice a day.
