Store is very clean, it has great lighting & is very well spaced out compared to a few of the other PetSmart Stores I have shopped.nAnd the staff are so pleasant, friendly & courteous. When I wanted to get a new friend (a fancy mouse) the employee Madison was really kind and she gave us a lot of helpful information. She spoke from experience and she seemed to genuinely care about the animal. She helped us with what we needed in terms of a perfect home and getting the healthiest food for the animal. She helped us find affordable yet effective supplies. She also answered all of our questions and was a perfect example of a caring pet owner.

Friendly staff. Prices are good. Wish they were better. Need more sales, lol. But good store and staff overall.

They almost always have what I need. Lately there's been an issue with finding the cats' latest favorite food but if they don't like the substitute PetSmart takes it back. I also like the Groomers for my dog.

This is such a friendly, helpful place! Everyone is so nice! I always find what I came for and enjoy talking to the associates and other customers. It's like a visit to a dog park. I always leave there feeling happy!
