They didn't help me but it was clean

I brought a cat cage and the screws and front door was not in the grate I had to take it back to get the supplies smh

I came to this store really confused and frustrated because researching ball pythons online had so many different opinions on how to take care of them. Thankfully two associates named Amanda and Marissa helped me throughout the store. They were so professional, kind and thoughtful. I rarely feel like a valued customer when I am shopping, but I felt that way with them! I can see them in management one day, or at least in a leadership position because of how on point they were with their customer service and knowledge. They deserve that raise!

This review is for the Oregon Avenue location. I'd like to give a huge kudos to an associate named Anthony who works there. It was my first visit to the store in order to purchase everything needed to set up a fish tank. He was not only personable, but helpful and exuded the best form of customer service that I've experienced anywhere, in quite some time. Not only was he knowledgeable and explained in great detail the requirements for success, but genuinely seemed to enjoyed his role at the store. He is deserves and has earned this this accommodation.

The staff is very pleasant and they are very helpful. They also have what I need for my Hachi and my fish aquarium. At times there overwhelmed because of short staff. One time my brother and I came there to purchase some Lizards. The assistance told us she called management because she was on the registered for assistance so she could assist us . Not one time did management come to assist. Not knowing that I'm a City official. I love this location because its convenient and it a good atmosphere but they need to invest on management who is people oriented when it comes to customers.
