Heart + Paw

Getting a new puppy can be a lot in the beginning and one of the best things I did was go to Heart and Paw for his care. At each appointment they walked me through what he needed and when he needed it. Their communication was great even with it being over the phone all due to Covid and be not being able to go inside. My puppy never hesitated to go inside with them either which is great to see. They do not pressure you to do anything and discuss options outside of their practice. I am excited that they offer grooming and day care because I feel very comfortable with them!

Amazing addition in Callowhill!! My puppy absolutely loves going to the groomer Emily. She shows him so much love and it doesn’t hurt that she is great at what she does.nnWe have been here a few times and have had a great experience each time. Thank you Emily for taking such good care of my pup!!nnUpdate:nI now take my pup for vet services and I can’t be more pleased. The entire staff has been amazing so far and is kind, gentle and attentive to both myself and my puppy.nnThey also are a much better value than my former vet, in the same neighborhood. Their prevention plans really help you keep your dog healthy on a budget.nnSuch a welcome addition to the neighborhood!!

I LOVE HEART AND PAW! I just moved into a building right near the office so I switched my dogs vet. They’ve done SUCH an amazing job with him! the prevention plan he is on is not only affordable, but it ensures that he gets everything he needs for the year and more! I also used Heart and Paw for grooming and they did a fantastic job. He looks and smells fantastic and the price was comparable to other places that did not do as great a job. All of the techs, vets and groomers I’ve spoken with have been more than friendly and helpful. I love this vet/groomer and will 100% be staying with them.nThey also have a daycare service that I’m yet to use because I’m working from home right now, but once I go back to work I plan to use this service as well. When I walk by I see the dogs playing and enjoying themselves and it looks like a super fun and healthy environment for them!nCouldn’t recommend more!

The staff are very skilled at dog management and behavior. They are so friendly and enthusiastic. The play area is spotlessly clean and spacious. The service is intuitive and flexible with great communication. Much needed service to the neighborhood. We thank you so much!

Heart +Paw is full of Heart+Soul. Not only was the initial phone call was pleasant but the visit was nothing short of true love for my cat. Everything I needed was explained to me very clearly and the nurse was patient with me and answered all my questions. The Dr was wonderful as well. I highly recommend Heart+Paw ud83dudc3e I was treated with lots of compassion and understanding. Thank you for taking care of my cat Chirpie and for making sure me and my children were fully comfortable with your care. Instantly we felt better about her treatment.
