Staff were professional, responsive and friendly. Very tech efficient, making contact-less visit effortless. Facility and procedures seem well designed to provide a calming experience for vet exam. Call with doctor @Market East Philly, Bernadette Lynn, worked surprisingly well. She was amazingly patient with me and addressed all my concerns, as a new cat mom trying to diagnose the bizarre behavior of a rescue cat. Thank you for making my first vet visit such a pleasure!

I brought my senior dog here, and it was great. The doctor was really nice and patient, as I had a lot of questions. The other staff were really pleasant and professional. I would recommend bringing your pet here for treatment.

I’m kind of a crazy dog mom so it’s really hard for me to feel comfortable with the drop off pet method caused my Covid... BUT the team at Paws has made me feel that my pup, Punk is in safe hands. Rachel specifically has been very forward with taking extra steps in making sure that I was always comfortable. They would send pictures, updates, and their patience is amazing as well. I know Punk is safe. It’s not easy for anyone with the circumstances, but I believe they’re the best Vet to take care of my pup when I can’t be with him myself.

Dropped my small dog off for a play day. Staff was very helpful with drop off. I was sent photo updates mid day. End of day pick up was easy. Everything was done with social distancing. I’ll be taking my dog back and am considering using this this location for vet as well.

Took our “anxious” dog here for an appointment when another vet office cancelled on us last-minute. From making the appointment online, to the socially-distanced drop-off and pick-up, to payment via mobile link, they made it all so easy. Dr Lennehan was referred to us by a friend and she was just as wonderful as they’d said - very warm, thorough, and reassuring. We’ll be making an appointment for our other dog very soon.
