We have some reservations on quality and value. We sense changes have occured in this business over the past few years. Over the past 20 years we have generally had very good care for our cats. Not sure we will try a different vet, since we plan to move soon.
This place is so great and accommodating. Everyone was super friendly. I was in a pinch as my cat got injured in a fight outside. He needed his leg looked at but it wasn’t so severe it was an emergency. The vet I usually see as well as two others I tried could not see him until next week. I plan on brining our other pets here in the future for non urgent situations.
Took great care of my cat without an appointment when she needed surgery on an abscess.
I had my dog fixed there and it was great! Customer service was fantastic!nnOne year later I bring my cat to get an exam and a couple of shots and he was in there for over 5 hours with ZERO communication. After 5 hours they call and add 60 dollars to the bill and haven’t done ANYTHING at this point. And STILL take 45 minutes to bring my cat back out! Also there was another man waiting outside for almost the same amount of time.nI get it gets busy and that’s understandable. But I need communication and to feel my animal (fur baby) is safe in your hands. But we got none of that! It’s a shame because I truly liked this clinic before this. My dog and a kitten we had fostered for a bit both went there with no issues!nCommunication would have made the whole situation a whole lot differently.
They all are really sweet, and do a great job.
