Milner Veterinary Hospital

Milner Veterinary Hospital has provided exceptional quality Veterinary Care for our pets since we starting going here several years ago. We have never had any issues that couldn't be resolved. With the current pandemic, Milner Veterinary is doing a excellent job at keeping people safe with their physical distancing process.nnThe current process is the pet owners pull into a parking space & completes check-in by phone, then waits for a tech to call & go over the concerns, the tech then comes out to bring the pet inside. Once the pet has been examined the pet owner gets a call from the Vet to discuss findings, treatment options, testing, etc. After any tests are done, a staff member or Vet returns the pet to the owner outside.nnIf it is possible I would like to see if Milner Veterinary could communicate with the pet owner about what to expect regarding the time frame of how long from start to finish it could take for the appointment, exam, procedure, appropriate tests, etc to be completed. A recent visit was right around 2 hrs in total of waiting outside in the car. There are many things in the surrounding area for pet owners to do while they wait for their pet for an extended period of time. So if it is going to take 1 hour, 1.5 hrs, or 2 hrs.. It would be great if that can be communicated at some point in the process.nnOverall great experience every time. Have no complaints. Milner has always been great to me and my fur babies. I recently had a fur baby pass and they surprised me with a foot print ornament when I got his ashes back.nAll the staff are respectful and kind. I have trusted them with my ferrets and my dog. Wonderful people.nThank you Milner Vet Hospital.

We’ve taken our rabbit “Easter” there to get neutered this morning and we were very anxious about it.nThey’ve been very professional and caring and we feel secure leaving our little guy there for surgery. There’s even a website we’re we can check “Up to date info” on how things are going!nVery helpful. :-)

Milner Vet is awesome! All my family takes their animals here. I love the responsiveness and professionalism. The staff have been so kind and caring with our pets. I can't recommend them enough.

Our dog Jack felt right at home. The kindness and handling of Jack was heart warming. The Doctor's resolve of the issues pertaining to Jack were spot on. We also appreciated her sincerity in truly caring about him.nThank you
