Clementon Animal Hospital

My dog developed an ear infection and I needed someone to treat her. I'm new to the area so I didn't really know where to take her. This place was great at getting me in the day I called. When we got there I had to stay outside while she was being seen, understandable. The Dr. called me and we covered my dog's history and treatment plan. The Dr. was great, informative and compassionate! The issue I had was someone cut her nails so low they were bleeding! Multiple nails. Although they asked permission to cut them, they never informed me that this happened. That was very unprofessional. The Dr. or the tech that brought her out to me should have said something. That really broke my heart!

I can not say enough good things about this place. I had two pugs that passed away a month apart so I was devestated. I took them there to be creamated and they were so soft and sweet about the whole thing. My husband just bought me a pug puppy and I had to take her there for her second round of shots. The corona virus meant I could not go in with her but I wasn't nervous cause I knew she was in good handsnSure enough she came out all happy and tail just wagging like crazy. The vet even called me after the visit to explain everything.I highly recommend this place for all your pet care needs.

This place was quick and so helpful. My poor cat had a bladder infection and he was in and out the same day. With special food and detailed instructions. They were so nice.

It was convenient for me. The staff seems to not communicate or log things I have told them,so they ask same questions. But I would and will go back.

They were quick and caring with our 3 month year old kitten. They were able to give us a diagnosis and a proper treatment plan quick. The prices were better then other vets in the area.
