Always on the ball...especially Lisa bening the counter. She's the best! They need to fire most of their techs & rehire EXPERIENCED techs. The new ones scare me & are gonna be responsible for hurting or losing a beloved pet.

Dropped off our dog for annual vaccinations, ear checkup, and anal glands expression. Called upon our arrival to check in. Within 15 min, a tech came to our car to take the dog into the office. Doctor called us shortly thereafter for a quick discussion. Then, someone called to obtain our payment info, and within 30 min of the drop-off, they brought out our dog and the flea/tick and heartworm meds we requested. Quick, easy, and contactless visit.

We love this place. They are very professional and take great care of our fur babies.

Nice Doctor and staff , can't wait until this Covid-19 restrictions are gone, I miss being with my pet during the visit.

This place has one of the most horrible customer service experiences I’ve ever seen. Not only do they not act personable to you or your pet, but the staff is rude. Every time I call I have been put on hold for 10 minutes or longer. They do not let people in the office due to COVID (even though all doctors offices in the area are accepting in person patients). My husband and I had to pick up our dogs medicine today and had to be not only put on hold to speak to someone, but sit outside for a half hour just to see someone in person. Once somebody came out, my husband asked if he could give the lady our card to pay. She could not have been more rude. He asked if they are short staffed because every time it’s the same thing. She literally screamed at my husband “Sir I asked you to back up six feet!!” My husband had a mask on the entire time. She did not help us at all, instead yelled at him and ignored every question he asked. Her name is Karen and she really needs to be spoken to or fired. My husband asked if there is a manager and Karen literally ignored him. Finally, after being ignored and also screamed at in front of others he left. I’ll be taking my puppy to another vet. One that cares about their dogs and customers.
