The staff were amazing and so caring. After having to put down or beautiful cat kilo we weren't expecting to get anything back but her collar which we asked for. Instead they sent us the collar and a beautiful gift of her paws imprinted in a case with a picture that we can put there. We also received a beautiful card from all the staff and doctor who took care of our Kilo. Will highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get the right care and help for their furry friend. The vets are caring loving and respectful.nnThank you vsec staff and vets ❤❤

I was sent to VSEC to get a surgical consult for what turned out to be inoperable cancer. Dr Robbins was incredibly kind and compassionate. She took the time to explain the diagnosis, the course of the cancer, and gave me options so that I could make the best decision for me and my dog. I got to spend another 6 days with him and was able to give him a loving peaceful passing at home because of the information Dr Robbins gave me - I will never forget that, and will always remember the time she gave me with my sweet, sweet boy.

What a outstanding emergency vet hospital!!nWe rushed my neighbors dog here tonight but unfortunately he passed away minutes before arriving. They came right out to the car with the highest care to remove him. They offered private time and made all the final arrangements extremely simple. The whole process went so smooth and they worked together that we didn’t have to wait around during a difficult time. This hospital definitely deserves FIVE STARS, the staff was AMAZING!!!!

Incredibly grateful to the VSEC ER team, especially to Dr. Stevens and Meg. They really went the extra mile to help take care of our pet in a thoughtful and thorough manner. They spent a lot of time explaining and walking us through options. Similar experience in 2017 with Dr. Nelson as well. Thank you!

Took my dog in for an emergency. Was told to wait in the car because of covid--cool, love it, appreciate it. Was told it would take a few hours...okay...I decided to go somewhere else. I went to a clinic an hour away, they saw my dog in 5 minutes, I even stopped and had dinner with my parents, drove all the way back home. FINALLY GOT THE CALL THAT THE VET IS READY TO SEE MY DOG!! lol! Then the nurse really got upset that I went somewhere else! Amazing--do not recommend--reminder this was an emergency. (ps, thank god hes okay)
