Banfield Pet Hospital

So I had a new patient appointment today at 4:30pm with my puppy at the Deptford location. I get there and the receptionist tells me she doesn't see I have an appointment although I showed her my email confirmation. She said maybe I backed out the email and it never submitted shifting the blame to me even though I had the confirmation. She then speaks to the vet and tells me the only way they can see my puppy is if someone doesn't show up. The 4:30 appointment did show. I ended up leaving and making an appointment at a different vet. So not only did I drag my kids and puppy out in the rain, now my puppy is behind on shots. The service was awful in Deptford, NJ.

It will be three weeks tomorrow that we had to put our sweet old cat to sleep. Rachel was the vet tech who brought us in and guided us through the process, and Dr. Graziano was the vet who did the procedure. They were both kind and professional. They treated our pet with the utmost dignity and respect, and they were both sensitive to mine and my daughter's needs as well. Thank you both.

I’ve taken my pets here for years but since dr cherry has left the service of the staff has gone extremely downhill. Staff is friendly but minimal and often times I was told that I was late to my appointment even tho I stood in the check in line for nearly 20 minutes. Several items that should be done at my pets checkup were not done on my last visit and I know that because 2 weeks later I’m looking at my new vet bill of 700 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your pet to literally any other banfield!

Dr Sendak is not a qualified Dr for any animal, she said my dog had a heart condition and said we have to go to a heart dr. $700 plus dollars later we found out our dog is perfectly healthy. Banfield insists she has a heart condition even after the specialist seen her. Really has gone down hill since Dr Kowacki left. So to make a long story short. All we wanted was our contract canceled and be reimbursed for the $700 dollars we didn’t need to spend. But they won’t do anything because their money grubbing practice. Please keep your animals away !!!!
