I've been going to this clinic for animals for about 12ys now. There great with pets and kind, and I love that they cut the pets nails as a request of course. My dogs hair is short naturally so I bath him at home and when I take him for his shots he gets his nail trimmed and I don't have to pay a groomer. If you live in frankford or oxford circle area try them out their great.

The only thing I liked about this place is the cost for an office visit. They did not tell me what was wrong with my dog but gave me a bill for $280. It had 6/7 different medicine and treatments on it. Thankfully I choose not to get all of them and opted for just a topical spay that was only $25. It cleared up the problem, whatever it was, in 4 days. With the office visit only $48 I wasn’t too mad. Although I still don’t know what my dogs problem was. Also I googled the spray I bought and found it for as low as $8 online. So they are definitely way up charging. Check if you can buy what they recommend elsewhere before you get it from them.

It is 48 to visit. Have to line up on the sidewalk. Staff takes your pet in. Evaluates. Upsells every service they can for an estimate. You pay at window for what you need. They will not write prescriptions. You have to buy their expensive meds from them. Parking is not good. Neighborhood is scetchy. It was 160.00 for shots for my dog.

I am giving a one star because first of all the service is very expensive. There are places much cheaper such as PAWS Northeast Adoption Center. Secondly, it is NOT worth it, because I asked to check my cat’s eyes, ears and teeth, spayed or not (it was a stray cat, wanted to make sure that every was OK with her), so at the end they did not do that because they forgot and advised me to come over next time to check. Just for people who do not the office visit is 48$, so I do not think an average owner wants to pay this amount twice. The reason I brought it out because the next day after my visit I noticed the cat has a black build-up in her ears and eyes were watering. Once again I would think twice before going there.
