My 3 dogs have been going to this vet for years. When the office staff changed the attentiveness and quality of the services took a turn. We get the same prescription food on schedule half of the time they forget to order it, they do not seem organized and not welcoming or friendly. Recently my dog has been having UTI's we thought is was something more so we to her to an emergency vet. Since then Dr Bollard has been of no help. she tested positive for a UTI a week ago and instead of trying a medication she insisted I wait for the emergency vet. it has now been a week and still no answers from either. She does not take the time to explain things nor does she seem to even care. I have been understanding to this point but am switching vets. I used to recommend people to that vet and my company has used this vet as I work in the area but will no longer be recommending.

Great vet!very personable. Take great care of pets and are there in the sad loss time.
