When are you guys going to re-open? I don’t want to drive to Portland to get chocolate covered strawberries lol

The arrangement was delivered within 24 hours of ordering it (no extra fees for such a quick delivery time) and the person who received it LOVED it! They said the arrangement was so beautiful they didn't want to eat it!

I had a wonderful experience ordering the arrangement from the woman on the phone and was excited to receive it. When the day came for it to be delivered, I corresponded with the delivery woman as she couldn’t find where I lived. Shortly after the call, she arrived and things took a turn for the worse. The older lady with short grey hair and glasses that delivered the arrangement was rude, negative, and unprofessional. If my mom (whom I ordered the arrangement for) would have received the arrangement and was approached with this horrendous behavior, it would have ruined her birthday. In good consciousness, I felt I needed to share this experience. Be prepared that if this woman delivers your arrangement it might ruin your special day.

Rudest delivery person hands down. Do not recomend if you wish to give your loved ones a pleasant or even semi decent memory.

Had the rudest delivery person today and it really ruined the experience. The older lady with short grey hair and glasses that delivered the arrangement was rude and unprofessional. A place that is supposed to deliver joy needs to have a talk with this employee. She should not be working as a delivery person if she can't be professional and kind to the customers. I will not be buying from this store again.
