Always great to my fur babies. Able to get appointments quickly. Dr. Mack is an asset to our community and taking care of all needs. They have also been empathetic and making final moments with my beloved pets the best possible in that situation

Dr. Mack and her partners as well as each and every individual who works for the clinic are invested in the health and well being of my pets. Why? Because they understand we love them as children. Their professionalism is tempered by their own deep love of animals and it shows in the care they provide.

I've been taking my animals here for as long as I can remember. They are quick and convenient. Everyone has always been kind and caring, especially when you have to put your beloved pet to sleep😞. I moved to ABQ and still brought my animals here. I trust them and always will

The staff and doctors at Valencia Animal Clinic are wonderful. Our very nervous dog, Pepper, gets excited when she realizes where we are going. They take excellent care of her, explain everything thoroughly, what our options are, and make sure we are comfortable. We are so happy to have found them!

Two weeks ago someone killed my 12 year old Huge cat. Unfortunatly I had a disrespectful experience with a Professional whom works with animals... It was heart breaking.... I stumbled on to Valencia Animal reviews ..surprisingly to see an elderly family member who was 13 when she went missing...many years ago . She disappeared off our property last seen in our Home.... Her little grey face on one of their photos.. Stunned and freaked me out !! This place was fantastic!!!! I called spoke to Kristen, she was so compassionate and professional ,She spent more time with me on the phone than the inmature professional did in person... Thank you... You are Angels in Disguise💙💙💙
