CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy

I have had nothing but a positive experience with CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy. My dog has Canine Cognitive dementia and requires a med to help calm him. Because he's so small, I need the tiniest version available and only 3 places offer it. CareFirst allows you to price out the cost before calling your vet to send over a script where as others make you send a script then they'll give you pricing. The techs I've spoken to were polite, helpful and kind. If I had a question, they were gracious to get me answers in a timely fashion. I will continue to use CareFirst as my go-to compounding pharmacy!! Thank you for your great customer service.

UPDATE: Spoke to the company about my concerns and things have improved considerably. Very pleased with their response and will happily continue to use them.nnHave been a customer for years and often have complicated orders but had success here. Most of the staff is very nice but lately I have found that communication is lacking, my orders aren't being filled in a timely manner despite follow-up calls, and they recently changed their shipping policy without any notice or explanation. Very unhappy with them but gave them three stars because I was a happy customer until recently.

CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy is so easy to use and their customer service is TOP NOTCH! Alex was polite and incredibly helpful and I’ve already been notified that my prescriptions will be delivered tomorrow. My turnaround time was less than 24-hours. I am very pleased...

I've had a great experience with this pharmacy! After receiving news that my pet would need expensive compounded medication and reviewing the price, I searched for a more cost-effective way to provide the medication my pet needed. CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy had far and away the best price and the quality of the medication is fantastic as shown by my pet's improved blood results. 10/10, I recommended very highly!

I get transdermal Methimazole for my cat from CareFirst. She is so much happier not having to get pills, and our relationship is improved. She was running from me before, anticipating a pill getting shoved down her throat. Not anymore! I’ve also had good customer service experiences with them. Very friendly and attentive.
